    Certain Restrictions Apply To This Product. This product is only deliverable to the Continental US. It is not available for delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the other U.S. territories at this time.

    A return authorization can be requested for a refund of an unopened unused product or damaged product within 15 business days of receipt of merchandise. Shipping and 15% handling fees are non-refundable. After the 15 business days, return authorizations will only be issued for replacement of a damaged product covered under an extended warranty. Warranty information for each qualifying item is listed within the description of the item for your review prior to making the purchase.

    Return merchandise initiated within 15 business days of receipt of shipment.

    Any merchandise beyond the 15 business day window will not be eligible for return.

    Please Contact Us for a Return Authorization to ensure a timely exchange or refund.

    We will email you instructions for a proper return.

    Return shipping to our warehouse is the responsibility of the customer which requires prior authorization.

    Returns without the proper documentation will be rejected at the warehouse.

    All emails will be answered within 24 hours Monday - Friday.

    Returns could be subject to a 15% restocking fee resulting in a partial refund to customer.

    Note:This item will be packaged in 3 boxes and requires assembly. Freight shipment is very expense, if you simply refused the shipment, they will charge us the return shipping fee, if you just refused the shipment, we will charge you the $150~$300(depend on your location) shipping fee for both ways.
